This wonderful Rana Oaxaqueña, Oaxacan Frog, captures profoundly  the Folk Art spirit of Oaxaca. This frog is dressed in the traditional Oaxacan attire used for the dance "La Flor de la Piña" or the  Pineapple Flower. At the end of the dance, the women offer the pineapple they are carrying, this is known as the Guelaguetza. 

A delight for any collector.
