Angelico Jimenez
This stunning antelope figure, in the purest style of Don Manuel Jimenez and family, was created
by his son Angelico Jimenez.
Don Manuel “The Divine” considered the initiator of the great Oaxacan woodcarving boom recently passed away (March
4, 2005). The family has decided to continue signing their pieces Manuel, Angelico & Isaias Jimenez with Don Manuel's name as a tribute to
his amazing legacy.
The Jimenez's work is featured in many art books, magazines and is included in Museums and private collections world
wide.
