We accept all major Credit Cards through our secure ordering system, Authorizenet , as well as Checks On-line, Checks by Mail, and Money Orders. (If paying by Money Order or Check by Mail, please make them payable to Inside Mexico ).  We also accept payments through Paypal. When checking out through our secure cart the option for Paypal will be available.

Guarantees

We provide a  Secure ordering environment, throughout the ordering process. Your Credit Card Transactions are securely encrypted, and all transactions are subject to the approval of Authorize Net, a service which safely verifies all credit card information.

ALL OF THE  WOOD CARVINGS ARE SIGNED BY THE ARTIST . 

We guarantee all the wood carvings we offer for sale to be as described.
  
Inside Mexico El Caracol Zapoteca shall not be responsible for any damage noticeable after the customer has received and accepted the item.
The item is considered accepted by the buyer if buyer does not notify or return the item within 5 days of  having received it.
Buyer understands that these wood carvings are made by hand,  by folk artists from Oaxaca Mexico, that may or may not have quality control of the materials they use, including but not limited to the paints or the wood they use for carving and the problems it may present in the future( for example but not limited to wood boring insects or fading of the paint...freezing the carvings is recommended).

Inside Mexico El Caracol Zapoteca makes every effort to select the highest quality of wood carvings available from these artists.
These wood carvings are collectible decorative objects not intended to be used by or handled by children.


In the event that we fail to describe any aesthetic imperfection of  the item, the buyer has 5 days after receiving the carving to notify us and may return it, in the same condition as received for refund of the full purchase price. If returned for any other reason there will be a 10% re-stocking fee charged and the buyer shall be responsible for shipping and insurance charges.

Please remember that no handmade work is absolutely perfect, which is contrary to machine made products. (The latter being absolutely inferior in every aspect).

We ship Worldwide through USPS Priority Mail Insured  or  Fed Ex .  It will take approximately 4 business days for you to receive your order if in the US. If shipped outside US , we will send you an estimate of shipping costs, after you submit your order.  International Orders may require more time to arrive.  All orders are insured .

We professionally pack all our items. 
First, each is carefully "Bubble-Wrapped"  and then  individually packed in a rigid carton box.  We  further protect the piece with cushioning material (Instapack©, paper, foam pads or "peanuts") inside the box on all sides of the item.
 

All  packing materials are new and clean.
